SUP4Kids – Empowering Young Minds through Stand-Up Paddling
Wild Atlantic Learning played a key role in SUP4Kids, an innovative project using Stand-Up Paddling (SUP) as a tool for youth engagement, physical activity, and environmental education. Set against stunning coastal landscapes, this initiative introduced children to the benefits of outdoor adventure while fostering resilience, teamwork, and water safety. The program encouraged ocean literacy, confidence-building, and active lifestyles, ensuring participants not only developed paddling skills but also a deeper connection with nature.

With HCSD, Wild Atlantic Learning championed the role of cultural heritage as a driver of sustainability. Water is life, and KA210 Water & Sustainability focused on raising awareness of water conservation, climate action, and sustainable living. Through hands-on activities, fieldwork, and community engagement, participants learned practical sustainability strategies and explored how water-based activities like SUP and eco-tourism can promote both environmental stewardship and economic opportunities.
